Setting up Outlook to send and Receive e-mails
In Outlook, select Options from the Tools menu
On the Mail Setup tab, choose the E-mail Accounts button
Select Add a new Email account and click Next
Choose POP3 and click Next
Enter your Name
Enter your E-mail address (you@yourdomain.yoursuffix)
Enter the POP3 Incoming Mail Server (mail.yourdomain.yoursuffix)
Enter the SMTP Outgoing Mail Server (mail.yourdomain.yoursuffix)
Enter your Username (you@yourdomain.yoursuffix)
Enter your Password
Click on the More Settings Button
Enter a Friendly name in the Mail Account box (Your Name)
On the Connection tab, select connect using my phone line
Select your ISP from the Dial up networking list and click OK
Click Next, Finish and OK
Click on Send and Receive on the Toolbar to test
Setting up Outlook Express to send and Receive e-mails
In Outlook Express, select Accounts from the Tools menu
Choose Add and Mail
Enter Display Name and click Next
Enter e-mail address (yourname@yourdomain.yoursuffix) and click Next
Choose POP3 from the List
Enter a POP Server (usually mail.yourdomain.yoursuffix)
Enter a SMTP Server (copy your ISP SMTP setting)
Enter Account Name (usually your full e-mail address)
Enter you password
Click Finish
Click Select the New account from the List of Accounts and Click Properties
On the General Tab, change the Mail Account name to a friendly name
Check the Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing option
On the Connection tab, check the Always connect to this account using option
Select an ISP from the list.
